LAHORE — The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) on Sunday announced the Ticket Refund Policy for Super 11 Asia Cup 2023.
According to the announcement made by the PCB, “Ticket refunds will only be made if the match is cancelled prior to the toss or the venue of a match is changed and the ticket holders cannot attend the match at the new location.”
However, the PCB made it clear that no refunds will be made in case of a match being:
• Abandoned after the toss
• Abandoned or cancelled due to bad weather or playing conditions; or postponed and subsequently played
In case the ticket holder is unable to attend the postponed or rescheduled match, they will be eligible for a refund. All refund requests should be emailed to ticketing@pcb.com.pk.
Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after receipt of the request. The following are excluded from availing the benefit of ticket refunds:
• Re-sold or transferred tickets
• Unauthorised ticket sales
• Expulsion or eviction of the ticket holder from the venue
