ISLAMABAD — A leopard went on the rampage in Pakistan’s federal capital on Thursday and left three people with minor wounds.
According to the Islamabad Wildlife Management Board (IWMB), the leopard was seen roaming in a private housing society in the federal capital city.
It attacked some people, including a woman wildlife officer, before it was finally captured and sent to a wildlife sanctuary in Islamabad.
Police said the news of a leopard roaming in the federal capital brought a lot of people out of their homes and the leopard attacked one person after the other, forcing the anti-terrorism police officers to fire gunshots to scare it away.
