Pakistan Army has recruited Asif Magsi, the long jumper whose long jump videos went viral on the social media.
Magsi, 21, became a hit overnight after his videos went viral on social media platforms like TikTok and Facebook. He enjoys the support of 1.2 million followers on TikTok and most of videos show him doing long jumps. Magsi says he has been doing long jumps since his childhood.

Major General (Retd) Akram Sahi, president of the Athletics Federation of Pakistan, wanted to train Magsi and he had invited him to Lahore for a professional training.

However, Magsi received a call from the Pakistan Army at the same time and preferred to join the armed forces.
